Sardines with hot sauce
Slumming it!Poached eggs and toast for breakfast.
Can of Spaghetti-O's tonight.
Have a grocery list for the Nurse tomorrow, assuming the snow doesn't keep her away.
Hopefully make a big pot of goulash this weekend. Just some comfort food.
Probably invite the neighbor over for some.
Made some beef and pork ribs the other day. All good as usual.

Tried the Double Texas Whopper and after two bites I was feeling like I was going to faint (pitched it in the trash) So I remembered I had a Chick Fil A gift card and got stuff for both of us. I really like the Cobb Salad with the Avocado dressing the best and the chicken noodle is better than noodles company. I split a Dr Pepper because I wanted unsweetened ice tea and well I lost, and she thinks tea is gross at least how I like it.

I’m just ending a 16.5 hour fast with my morning iced coffee (a decaf from McDonald’s that I put in the fridge overnight) and I weighed in at 181.3 today! That’s 2.7 pounds lost in the last 7 days and 14.6 pounds total this year. I haven’t been under 180 pounds since 2021 so I’m excited to get there again very soon 
It won’t be tomorrow morning though, as my girlfriend and I are going out for that steak dinner tonight so I’ll surely gain a tiny bit (but it will be worth it)

Slumming it? Having a discussion at dinner awhile ago about how to cook up a opossum with your partner while you're out to eat at Olive Garden. Now that's slumming it. My genuine hope is that she's finally taking her ADHD medicine again and maybe has forgotten all about cooking one of those nasty Critters up. Sometimes I swear she says these things just to rile me up.
I am feeling rather blessed today, County worker came to help shower and get my groceries.
She brought a container of beef and noodles!
The nurse is coming later. Nice gal and we figured out she came from my hometown. Knows my younger
Brother and many old friends and family. So we have nice talks.
Neighbor lady is coming after lunch to cut my hair. What a great day for being -2F!
