Anyway, going back to the bologna cake one more time, and hopefully for the last time, it looks like the cake is made from layers of sliced bologna and some goo that's probably mayo-based. What a culinary atrocity. I'd rather eat Spam.
 
After 2 mile walk to Karns Grocery; salad of spinach, kale, tofu and cherry tomatoes and black olives. I’ve water and 0 sugar Gatorade.

What chucklehead made dat? It looks under done. Everyone knows that bologna cake is supposed to be made with well fried bologna... At least civilized folks from Newfoundland and Labrador do. Don't know bout the rest of you mainlanders, though. It looks like they didn't even bother to boil the weiners... And spray cheese? Come on! It's supposed to be melted Velveeta with bake apples.
 
Making an early supper in a Lodge cast iron wok I got recently. I'm liking how it works on our electric range. It takes a little longer to heat up but I like how it cooks.

I made kind of a westernized Thai red curried pork and veggies. Not too heavy on the fish sauce.

I have my wine goggles on. I'm enjoying a glass of Iberian Tempranillo, one cat in my lap, the other one is lying on my feet. My wife is bringing me a cheese platter. Too lazy to document my debauchery.
