I made never will Olive Garden serve Italian beef soup

And you made that in under two minutes!
I was digging in the freezer vault at 3:05AM. My smoke/heat/CO detector alarmed at 3AM. Fault. "Unit requires supervisor". WTH? Did Klaus program that thing too? Usually he is not doing anything!

Browned the organic grass beef in the AM, cooked all day. Three kinds of oregano. Wife did say house "smells like an Italian restaurant." I quipped "Olive Garden?"

The soup also has half a pound of Italian sausage, whole head of garlic, carrots, onion, etc

It is pretty good.
 
The color had me thinking it was smoked salmon. Was salivating for few minutes there. All good sir
Sort of brownish-orange. I'm shooting the food under mixed lighting and I don't even try to get the color right because it's futile. My placemat changes colors like a chameleon between shots.
 
Sunday night dinner. Tried another middle Eastern restaurant. Not as good as last night, and it appears Iay be the first American they have had as a customer.

Ordered hummus and lamb chops. Neat presentation on the lamb chops, and they were good. The hummus came out after the lamb chops, and there was something in the middle of the hummus, no idea what, and it wacked me out.

Bit ago at the RT 68 Feed Mill.

Very good, took 3/4 of it home. Eggs, bacon, ham, sausage peppers, onions, potatoes. Well worth it
