What are you eating right now?

I made an Alpine-style farmer's breakfast tweaked to my personal preferences. This dish is frequently served for breakfast before going skiing because farm labor isn't much of a thing for most people. It is nutrient-rich and will keep a person energized for 6 to 8 hours. Keeps ski bunnies going and going - don't tell my wife. Traditionally this dish is made with leftover meat, sliced sausage, ham browned with onions, potatoes, and whatever else you have. Then it's all mixed with scrambled eggs and often sprinkled with real hair.

Because I am health-conscious, I used ham rather than fat sausage and used fewer potatoes but added mushrooms, peppers, and celery. I used six eggs. The amount I made served two.

I brown the onions, potatoes, ham, and veg first. Then I move the done stuff to the side and scramble eggs in the other half of the pan. Then I mix it all together. I call it my Kitzbühel Special. :ROFLMAO:

I'm wrestling with Imgur. They changed the way how to upload pictures and have made the way you get the link options very tedious. What used to take two clicks takes more effort. Thanks for proofreading. I'll return the favor. :D.

Flat out 0 carb wrap with chicken and turkey and shredded Mexican blend cheese. And pesto.
What's in those 0-carb wraps? If they are plant-based they must be made from fiber, which is carbs but doesn't count gram for gram as net carbs. And less than 1g carbs per serving may be advertised as 0g. Just wondering what's in there.

This forum is like a black hole. @AmBeRnEcTaR disappeared last year as did Zee09. @GON and @TimeFlies vanished this January. AM is around but is likely looking for a Chinese food community on his iPhone 15.. @Jdeere562 appears to be the latest victim of BITOG's relentless orifice of doom. Meals on Wheels can be dangerous! Maybe they all got food poisoning? I know @Zee09 eats mushrooms I would not go near.
