Since rain cancelled my grilling plans we ended up at Golden Corral. The rain was supposed to hold off till 9:30 but that didn’t happen lol. So steak and beer day is tomorrow instead of tonight. Golden Corral wasn’t bad.
You gonna get butt cancer when you hit 50.Burger and fries from a local little restaurant. Burger has cheese, pickles, lettuce and bacon.

There are people under 40 with colostomy bags. AM needs to know why.Open letter, uh note, to the board!
To me, AM is the most inspirational person as far as nutrition is concerned, the proverbial guiding light. Whenever I am faced with nutritional choices I ask myself, "What would AM do?" and then I do the exact opposite. Thank you, AM, for selflessly disregarding your own well-being and health, and showing me and many others the way every single day.
Mission Impossible. I have come to accept that I can change only myself but not others. If you don't get through you don't get through and resistance will merely increase. There are people under 40 with colostomy bags. AM needs to know why.
It is fun to point out diet insufficiencies in others.Mission Impossible. I have come to accept that I can change only myself but not others. If you don't get through you don't get through and resistance will merely increase.
Now we get to the point of me trying to scare him. I will give up after my dinner. The other thing is, dietary habits are formed early in life. People who don't develop good habits as juveniles will have a very hard time to make changes later. You generalky can't reach an old dog new tricks. And even those who are able to make drastic changes may find out that damage done over years or decades can't be undone. The chickens always come home to roost.
Very true. I agree with you and respect your thoughts on my eating lol. I know my eating habits aren’t great. The way I was raised is basically with my dad working night shift except on weekends. My mom would feed me anything that could be fixed with a microwave mostly chicken nuggets and Kid Cuisine meals that’s what she would eat too. She cooks all day at work so doesn’t ever want to make anything at home. I wish I had been a little differently raised in that aspect. On the weekends we would go places to eat. It was rare for her to make something at home and if she did she got mad and it would turn out disastrous because she didn’t want to do it. I’m not saying it’s her fault because I know the feeling of being worn out after a long day at work but I wish something healthier could have been provided. She is like me and hates driving so we would never go anywhere they would load the freezer once a week and that was what we had after my dad left for work. He would get something on his way in.The other thing is, dietary habits are formed early in life. People who don't develop good habits as juveniles will have a very hard time to make changes later.
