Kefir in stores is sold plain, strawberry, vanilla flavor. But likely bacteria are dead, or else tetrapak would bang
The bacterial growth of the live cultures in yogurt is self-limiting due to the buildup of lactic acid which inhibits further bacterial growth. In case you wonder how live cultures can remain alive with only a limited amount of oxygen it's because those bacteria are capable of anaerobic respiration which is done by incomplete oxidation of glucose aka fermentation. Yogurt containers that are way beyond their expiration date will begin to bulge and eventually they will burst open.schinchisa is close.

What did you bring? Stop whining.
I made sausage and eggs with red cabbage with apples, and onions for lunch just the way Gramma used to make it for me for breakfast when I was a kid. The Mandarin orange is my addition. Grey Poupon on the side because of lack of room and because I don't like to put it all over the sausage.
Exactly right. Always whining about begging for Chinese or chipotle. Be glad YOUR mom feeds you. Wait til’ you live on your own. In meantime: suck it up and start paying for your own stuff INCLUDING food. You act so entitled I see. When I was that age I never whined about what I was eating.
