PRE PICKLEBALL in an hour or so. 10AM my time.

8:00AM Turmeric milk - my wife made the turmeric spice concentrate. Then I mixed it with hemp milk, almond milk and a little half-half and some EVOO. I also added more black pepper, cinnamon and cardamom to taste. Heat very slowly, stir strain mix with a little local honey - and down the hatch. Really calming and anti-inflammatory while hydrating and nutrient rich

Now mixing my secret hydrating electrolyte water..........ahhahhaaha

For me protein rich is spinach, a blend of sweet ptlotsro, beets, celery, tomatoes and dash of ginger in smoothie.
 
Chex mix. Wife ( she loves the stuff ) just informed me I need to make another batch, my third since Christmas.
