Those sprouts look delicious! I think I'll look for some when I next go to the market. There's a recipe for pan-charred sprouts with pancetta and balsamic that is calling to me.

Looks interesting, but I have never even heard of Pho Junkies. I'm from rural Iowa, none of that fancy stuff here. Lucky to get a decent steak or broasted chicken in my small town.
I DO have an open mind though and would try that meal!

Potato soup and grilled cheese. Not huge on soup but I was ready to eat lol. Plus dad isn’t home and me and mom both hate driving so we didn’t want to go anywhere except the gas station for drinks. Looks like I won’t be buying dinner tomorrow as planned either cause my battery died on me lol. So I’ll be buying a new battery tomorrow instead haha.

Geez, I can almost tell how old people are by the food they eat. Clearly, there’s no Lucky Charms and Red Bull in this thread.
