What are these flakes in my brand new Peak OET Pink Coolant?

Brand new Peak pink OET ordered from Walmart and I think it was shipped from their warehouse, as it was shipped by UPS (not delivered by a local driver). Both bottles were sealed with foil. No signs of tampering.

I called Peak and they said they think it's just the additive package that precipitated out of solution or wasn't blended into the solution correctly from the get-go, but it should be fine as the natural circulation of the coolant within the car and the heat cycles will re-blend the solution.

I've noticed something like this before, thanks for the info. I have some jugs of pink Peak coolant but it's hard to see as the jugs are white.

Those are phosphates. This is yet another reason why I run cheap Dexclone coolant, no phosphates to drop out of suspension.
