23 miles of paved road, some narrow and twisty in the mountains (no place for a bicycle), last 1.5 miles rough dirt, nope. Jeep trip.

Someone said the land is worthless, only 15% of the land in Arizona is privately owned so all land is more valuable than it would be elsewhere.

Friend of mine has this older, well maintained house for sale. They retired and built a house in SD.
Nice big heated shop for the cold winter projects. About 10 miles away from me. Also has a smaller building for storage.
