The Ironman line is mostly made in China. Only a few Hercules tires are made by Cooper.
Just checked Hercules tires I've got. OOOHHH! They were made in china.. I've been so proud that a lot of tires I bought used, were made in the U.S,A.. Within the last week, tho, checking my storage of tires, I've found two sets made in china. At least I can make something good come out of something bad. "I can't find two of my tires, but they were made in china".
