Are you talking about George Fennell? Do you have a link to any of this?

Correct. Fennel (sp?) was the principal in one of the other companies (FP10 maybe) and sold it, then weapon shield was alleged to be the old formula of the former brand which was promptly cheapened by the new owner - or something like that.

FWIW I have some and like it but it was always kinda hard to find unless you wanted to order direct.

That seems like the standard operating procedure for most CEOs.
