The force of gravity doesn't change....unless mass changes, or distance from the mass changes....so the answer is, if nothing else changes (hard to do) the force of gravity shouldn't change or fluctuate.
 
That's one law that someone needs to selectively repeal when needed. Photo shoots could be revolutionized.
 
I've often wondered if the earth's gravitational pull is the same on top of Mount Everest as it is in New Orleans (or any other place that's at or below sea level).
 
It's always changing, some evenings I can hardly get out of the La-Z-Boy the force of gravity is so strong ...
