Washer fluid booster?

IG's dirt repellant properties are a new one to me.

There are two IG sprays for glass. One is Glass Cleaner and the other one is called Clean & Repel. The latter requires a bit more elbow grease.

I have been using 303 Instant Windshield Washer Tablets for the last few years. They work by themselves just in plain water or in washer fluid. Don't touch the tabs with bare fingers. The dye sticks well to skin.

Einszett/Nextzett Kristall Klar and P21S liquid booster are products I have also used with success.

Funny. You must have found a special offer. 25 tablets go for around $9 and are good for 25 gallons.

Forgot about the other stuff they offer, which isn't as readily available as plain IG either.

I also tend to avoid multi-purpose products; GGS works very well for me.

But I have contacted Stoner's customer service in the past, and it was very good.

Nothing works as well for removing bugs as wadded up newspaper and a spritzing of glass cleaner.

Nothing makes more of a mess of your hands and your car, then rubbing newspaper, covered in print ink, all over your windshield.

Caution to anyone who actually decides to try cleaning their windshield with newspaper. It is absolutely a dirty, dirty task. If you decide to try it, look at your hands when you are done. If your hands are covered with black print ink, what do you think the windshield is covered with?

Try this. Clean a windshield with newspaper. Then, with a clean microfiber towel, clean the windshield again, and pay attention to how filthy the towel is.
