You may be correct. I know he talked about oils losing their Dexos rating because of formulation change, but he was specifically showing test results of PUP in the video. If I remember correctly he said it was still a good oil, it just wasn't AS good. And to me, if that's the case then the consumer shouldn't be paying the same price for it. But I don't think we should hold our breath waiting for the price to come down either.
I ran this stuff for years and just recently switched over to VRP a couple of months ago in 2 of my vehicles. Looks like I made the change at the right time.
