2100 lumens. Similar life to standard H7 bulbs (stock bulbs are long-life bulbs).

Major +1

I have these in my VW Jetta. GREAT light output.

They are amazing on dark country roads. It's a big improvement over the stock bulbs. And they are brighter than the silver star ultras.

I'd wager that even OEM bulbs are brighter than the [blue coated] Silver Star Ultras.

The silver stars do have a slight blue tint. But the silver star ultras are more like a standard halogen head light color. They are a small bit brighter than stock bulbs, I have them in my high beams now. They were my low beams until I upgraded to the Osrams because the ultras where not much of a output upgrade over the stock bulbs.

If you don't have DRLs, or can turn them off with VAG-COM, then you have many more bulb options.

Different MY, but in our '09, the Philips VisionPlus is the H7 to have . . . if you keep the DRLs off.

MK6 Jetta have separate P21W DRLs

The ultras, in H7 form, are about 95% clear with a thin blue band at the tip of the bulb.

Any heat issues using these bulbs? I have a Jetta as well and these look interesting!

Nope. I have been using them for about a year.

My $.02 is Nokya Arctic White from Automotive Lighting USA.
Stock Wattage with 7000K. Very bright white with a hint of
blue for $18.99 Online. I have been using their products for
eight years and I have been totally satisfied.
