Voyager Van Cover Time

I am looking at buying a cover for mom's minivan down in Mexico. The environment is like Phoenix, sunny and very dusty win.

I am looking at this one from this website, never purchase one before so I am open for ideas. I like to keep it at under 100 dollars.

what is this cover needed for? How is it stored/parked?

It is park indoors but not 100% cover and the house is under construction which creates a very dusty environment. My mom needs it 2-3 times per month and wants to keep it clean. I hope the cover will do this and minimize the sun exposure too. The sun likes to eat the clear coat around this area too.
