Volvo iShift oil

Factory oil looks like it's regular GL5 80-90 but the dealer says you must use their oil to stay in warranty......

Does anyone here know more about the Mdrive/iShift ?

This would be illegal as a violation of the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act of 1975.

According to the first google result, the I-Shift fluid is actually a 75W-80, but you can use...

So this is a Volvo truck right?

Not some AWD thing with a diff and t case that needs changed?

None of these brand names look familiar to me. Menards carries Shell, but I don't think it's the GSX and Spirax S6 variety. I've never seen Castrol heavy duty before either.
