VOA Triax Agra STOU 10w-30 UTF/ Engine Oil

VOA for Triax STOU 10w-30. Marketed as an all purpose GL-4 trans-hydraulic, hydraulic and CF-4 engine lubricant. Claims to meet a number of specifications for equipment requiring a higher viscosity than would be found in the majority of universal tractor fluids.

In typical Triax fashion, the product description, specifications and properties vary significantly from one place to the next.

On their product page, they list it as an API CI-4 with a TBN of 15.

On their PDS, they list it as an API CF-4 with a TBN of 10.

The VOA looks fairly standard but as far as I can tell they don’t even seem to know what it is. Factory reject Sinopec wouldn’t surprise me.
