VOA - Mobil 1 ESP 0W-30 (Old vs. New Oxidation Levels?)

M1 0W30 ESP for $27 per jug at WM may be the best M1 oil on the WM shelf - even better than 5W30 EP or FS 0W40 .
Hmmm... again, no mention of the Euro 0w40 SP formula. Now steering away from the ILSAC/PCMO EP...Hmm Pt2.
I won't interject on this comparison anymore Chris.
Some of us like more engine deposits and some of us prefer less.

I don’t have M1 ESP oil in my car as I’m still using M1 EP . My comments just reflect the threads I have seen here how much people tend to like the M1 ESP oils . You don’t see as much on M1 0W40 SP nowadays it seems but I’m sure it still has fans as well .

What kind of deposits are we talking about with ESP?
That question will have to be answered by Triple Se7en as I’m not sure what his intent was (other than to take an uninvited shot at me) , so I’ll pose the question back to him : Explain what you feel are the advantages / disadvantages are between M1 0W40 SP and M1 0W30 ESP being sure to cover potential deposits. *Remember , you are answering Glenda and not me.

@Triple_Se7en a coherent response would be appreciated. Hoping to learn something.

Saw a jug of ESP 0W-30 in Walmart today. Date code was May 25 2025.
No API on jug, just ACEA C3.
ESP 0w-30 is over the API phosphorus limit. A good thing. Formula has not changed luckily.
