All I use is WIX on all my cars
not sure whats the best actual oil filter out there in market land
but WIX is priced fair at 7 bucks a pop and easy to locate at
Oriellys auto parts or NAPA

I recently got a deal on WIXXP filters so I will try one in my
mustang

In that video, it looks like there isn't much space between the base plate and the end cap for oil to flow through the adbv. Is there a side view of the assembly as it is in use?

Sorry I took this video a while ago and don't still have the filter to look at.
I do remember the ADBV sat on a raised ring on the endcap that would have allowed sufficient space for the ADBV to open.

Can't beat a WIX, one of the best filters for the money that's readily available.

Lots of media here. Agree, nice construction. And this one for GM with block bypass, so even more space for media.

I get the Napa Gold variety for < $4 on local Napa semi annual NG sale. A real value.
