Video: Hit & Killed by Lightning after Robbery

I don't think that's a lightning strike. Stopping the video at point of impact shows that it's a a head-on collision with an oncoming vehicle. The bright flash doesn't appear to be from an electrical arc (lightning bolt) but sure makes for a good story.

Agreed. Anyone who actually watched the video would see that it wasn't a lightning strike-you can clearly see the other vehicle involved.

I get a kick out of the bouncy Euro-music that is playing while in pursuit. At least it sounds like it is coming from the car.

I've seen many videos of cars hit by lighting; it happens to storm chasers every year. Cars NEVER explode from a lighting strike. Yea, head on collision.
