Vibration under light throttle

The '07 Accord just turned 199k and in the last 500 miles or so has started to develop a vibration, or tapping sensation I can feel in the gas pedal and maybe a little in the steering wheel and floorboard. It seems to be speed sensitive and only happens under light throttle, like when holding steady speed on the level or when gradually slowing down but not coasting. I can feel it most in 3rd through 5th gears. If I give it a little more gas or let off, it's smooth, and no vibration with the clutch depressed or in neutral.

I was thinking perhaps it could be the axles, but it sounds like most only feel vibration under load, or in some hybrids, when coasting. I did replace the factory axles around 140k with what am sure were remanufactured units by my indy when it developed a significant vibration under under acceleration. This feels very different though.

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas before I make an appt with my indy?

Thanks

Some guesses:

motor mounts (rear)
torque convertor shutter
axle shafts
Thanks for the reply.

I will check the motor mounts. Didn't cross my mind to check those.

It's a stick shift, so no torque converter to be concerned about.

I was originally thinking axle shafts as well, but from what I can find they usually fail/wear differently.
Is there an easy way to check for play without removal?

If the engine/trans. is moving an excessive amount (while accelerating or engine braking, or even coasting) where the alignment of the axle shafts is out of whack due to bad mounts that can put extra stress on CV joints and also cause vibration by maxing out the allowable angle of the CV joint.

That's what was happening on my 2001 Grand Prix.
Yes, anchor motor mount lasted 6 WEEKS!
