How can I find out how old the battery without the little sticker ?

You might not be able to.
Are there any stickers at all? The graphics used might be the only clue you get.
Remove the battery, clean if necessary and search carefully for a number / code / odd-dashed line and take it from there.

There typically etched into the edge. Finding it is easy usually. Reading it is a whole other form of torture.

I've seen the manufacture date (MM - YY) stamped onto one of the battery posts as well
