That's odd. That's the first thing I tested, and now I tested again and it's working good. If there's an error message as 2010_FX4 indicates, it must be some sort of intermittent error. Or, perhaps are some people reaching the site in a weird way?
I'm going to the normal Valvoline home page (rather than the Valvoline Canada page which doesn't have as much information in the first place).
Usual configuration is multiple web and app servers, only 1 app server could be impacted. Traffic is sent round robin.
