Yes it has plenty of ZDDP. Good choice IMOP, I think it will only be good down to somewhere in the 30-40F range. If it gets cold buy the VR1 10w30 flavor.

Great choice for 30. If you have doubts about the ZDDP content (which you shouldn't), you can take comfort in knowing you've got the HTHS and film strength to back it up.
