Valvoline synchromesh in gli 02Q transmission

Valvoline recommends there synchromesh in the 02Q 6 speed manual transmission. The factory fluid is a 70W75. What is the general consensus on Valvoline synchromesh in this transmission? Thanks everyone!

If that is the case then Redline MT-LV is most likely your replacement with a viscosity of 6.3cSt@100C.

Then the Valvoline Synchromesh, the Pennzoil Synchromesh, the Amsoil MTF, and the Redline MTL 75W80 would be the next step up in viscosity.
