Maybe previously mentioned but I’ve seen photos (maybe fake?) of VRP in a 0w-16 but can’t seem to find it. Is it only for certain markets?

Possibly. The 0W-16 appears to be a genuine product as I found it on Valvoline's global site, and on AutoZone's as well. But depending on your location, it might not be available for whatever reason.

I do see it at Autozone, albeit considerably more expensive than it would be at Walmart

I haven't seen it in-store or online at Walmart, only on ValvolineGlobal.com
