Valvoline Restore And Protect 2 Stroke Oil?

One other thing. Red Armor formulation changed a few years after the initial marketing was put out. It was an ester blend. It appears it no longer is last I checked.

I've never used Techron any where except in a gas tank of a car. I didn't realize people were putting into oil in OPE.
I will try it and get back with you.
JFR, Berryman's Chemtool Fuel Injector Cleaner is used at 1 oz per gallon.

I tied so far a total of 44 oz (12+32 oz) of Yamalube Ring Free Plus at a bit higher rate than directed (1 oz per 10 gal.). And my last tank I went all-in at 1 oz per gallon (10x more than recommended) which was extreme in some way because my mileage got worsen with 3 miles per gallon. But a VAG guy on here told me he they used it up to 1 oz per gallon and I followed. I didn't got any check engine or anything just bad MPG. But also I didn't fill up the highest octane to I just got 87 which was mistake too.
I didn't do any before/after pics because don't have borescope, but the thing I noticed that my exhaust tip went from balck to light brown and the soot inside disappeared. I just got another 32 oz bottle of the Yamalube Ring Free Plus and will repeat the test, because my exhaust tip became black and sooty right after I stopped suing it. This time I'll take some pictures of my exhaust tip.

But before that, I already have lined up three 12 oz bottles of Valvoline Restore and Protect Fuel System Cleaner to use. I'll report on that too with pics of my exhaust pipe tip as well. I'm planning to use it as directed on the label—12 oz per 18 gallons which in my car will be 3.5 fuel tanks.

I think using any fuel injector cleaner in 2-stroke would be much beneficial regarding cleaning than any 2-stroke oil. And there is already Valvoline Restore and Protect fuel injector cleaner at AutoZone for $13 which treats 18 gallons. The gas percentage in a 2-stroke is a a few dozen times higher than the oil one. So in that matter it will clean easier and better than the oil.

Berryman's B-12 Injector Cleaner is very volatile and flammable. Be careful with it. Use it always outdoors and away from sparks. When you soak anything make sure it's in a metal can and has a cover, and don't leave it at direct sunlight or hot places above 80°F.
All three acetone, methanol, and ethanol have higher VOC (volatility) than gasoline and also stink a lot.

Interesting experiment. I’m curious if your fuel economy improves. What are you hoping to improve with this? Work on piston deposits a little quicker?

To simultaneously work with the Valvoline Restore and Protect and help with piston crown cleaning along with the top ring where Valvoline Restore and Protect is hard to reach. I learned that from the VAG guys. They use Yamalube Ring Free simultaneously with the Valvoline Restore and Protect.

Valvoline Restore and Protect for the bottom of the piston and the oil ring and the fuel cleaner for the piston crown and top rings. So there is cleaning in both directions from bottom to top from top to bottom. Hope they will meet somewhere in the middle of the piston. :)

Also, if I use quality fuel system cleaner which limits the carbon deposits that means less and easier work for the Valvoline Restore and Protect. :)

My MPG improved (went back to normal) right after I finished the tank with the 1 oz per gallon Yamalube Ring Free Plus. That was my last tank before I started using the Valvoline Restore and Protect but they overlap for like 150 miles.
