That's a lot of presentation to wade through to get to 6 slides about the oil.
Basically, the oil is designed specifically to address oil consumption due to oil ring coking and does so by acting as a solvent for hard carbon to break up carbon deposits and suspend such in the oil. Sounds awesome if the performance matches up with the marketing claims!
