Valvoline 2stroke motorcycle oil

Says it "meets or exceeds" JASO FC and API TC. Whats not to like about it? Cant see putting designer oils to be burned up in my Lawnboy, which just came back from the shop. I love the mower when it works, but what a pile of junk its been (coil, new carb, still under warrenty, and this stuff is already happening). The Lawnboy oil smokes too much, and I think its an outboard oil being ashless. I would like to use the mobil 2stroke oil but it then makes the gas/oil mix cost $3.75 per gallon, compared to $2.75 using the valvoline at todays gas price.

JASO FC, is it a good rating?

Dont use jaso fc oil in a lawnboy. Stick to a high quality tcw3 oils like Phillips Synjex.

Good rating but wrong application. Ash type 2 stroke oils will not clean properly at steady RPMs of a lawn mower.
