The tech sent me a video and showed in the video a receipt of the battery test. My battery is rated at 625 CCA and the receipt was showing 400ish. I hooked the battery on a trickle charger over night and will take a look at the volts today.
Valve Adjustment at 61k miles?

Yup, just checked the battery Volts at fully charged. Came out to 12.5V. Seems fine to me
How would I load test it? Turn the lights and radio on?
A load tester... Some auto parts stores will do the test for free.

This brings back fond memories of my parents and I ('85 Accord, '86 Civic) when we had to drive our Hondas 100 miles one way to the nearest dealership (Sheridan, Wyoming) to get this done every 30,000 miles. I'd at least get them checked, if I were you. It'll be a whole lot more money later if it turns out they're too tight. Like mentioned above, very quiet valves is not necessarily a good thing. The proper amount of lash actually makes noise.

The thing I really don’t like is how it says “you are overdue”. Because that’s a flat out lie...and they do it over and over on this repair order. That’s completely misleading and wrong.
If they want to say...do you want your valves adjusted, you’re probably going to want to have them adjusted at 100,000 miles, but we can do them now? At least they are suggesting it’s early but ok to do it now. But to say “overdue”? Lie.
And $200 for a throttle body service?? That’s a five minute job and a $8 dollar bottle of CRC (3/4’s of which they won’t use).
$299 isn’t all that bad for the valve adjustment, but you don’t need it now.
This is why dealerships get a bad name.

$299 isn't bad at all for a valve adjustment. But I'm hardly at 61k miles. I'm not hearing any abnormal noises or anything. Once I hit 100k miles I'll get them done.

Did you mean 100K miles and they edit timed out so you couldn't fix it?
You may not hear anything. Usually the intake valve clearance is at spec or a hair loose. The exhaust valve clearance will be tight.

$299 isn't bad if they replace the gaskets and seals in the valve cover. 100K is what I recommend.

I've done this recently to my Acura CSX, with K20Z2 engine.
It's not hard, but time consuming task. Accord will be even easier as spark plugs/head cover is easily accessible unlike my car, where everything is buried under the front windshield.
The trick is both intake and exhaust cams should not push to the rocker arm, that's how you understand you are at TDC aside from the cam gear marks. You can also adjust the other valves that are not pushing, but that can be confusing, better to go by the book especially if this is your first time.
Also you don't have to jack up the car and use the crank bolt, you can turn the engine by using a wrench on the camshaft.
Rule: Double check everything.
Rule #2: Do NOT overtighten anything, especially adjustment nuts, and valve cover gasket nuts..
In regards to the valve adjustment interval, I waited till 105k and there were few exhaust valves that were tight, one was very tight. I wish I would've done it earlier as I can do it myself. After changing the spark plugs and adjusting valves, the car was significantly faster and throttle response is much better.
If you are going to do it yourself, do it now and change the spark plugs as well. However, if you are going to pay someone, do it when MM asks, around 100-105k.

What does your manual say about valves? What does it say about other services due (like brake fluid), based upon maintenance minder codes?
I recall our integra had noted the need for valve adjustments. I don’t recall what my accord and odyssey say, but I think they’re still listed in there.
