Doesn't look too bad...copper is a little high, and viscosity is a little low? I'm a little concerned about the oil usage--almost a quart in 4000 miles. I'm trying PP 5W30 for winter.

Comments? Anybody else note any oil consumption on this motor?

A quart in 4,000 miles is fine. The Chrysler 3.5 is a strong engine. I have seen many with well over 200,000 miles on them. I think 7500 miles on PP would be easy. The factory oci is 7500 miles on dino under normal usage.

.75 quart in 3900 miles is good. my 96 sunfire uses a quart every 2500 miles and it has 150k on the engine. with PP you can go longer and your driving conditions are normal. follow the manual like rshaw mentioned

The car has not been driven especially hard. I don't come close to redlining or even wide-open throttle, although I did a few WOTs during break-in when I bought the car new.

Oh ok....I thought maybe u were dogging the car out a lot and the oil was actually vaporizing but that does not seem like the case here. Do you get any small puffs of smoke when you first start the car in the AM? OR after the car is hot and has been ideling in the driveway for about 5-10 mins, when you push the peddle down a little, does any blue smoke come out of the tail pipe? You may need a second person to stand behind the car when you do tose "tests".

Good points...I really haven't checked the exhaust. Perhaps I should. It might be related to longer highway trips, as the oil use seems to show up when I've taken ~4 hour highway trips at 70+ MPH. That might be my imagination, though.

while driving 70mph, how many rpms is your engine turning?

My wife and I both have Intrepids w/ the 3.5, and they both use a little oil. They are well-maintained, and run well. It would be interesting to hear from others, to see if most 3.5's do this. I've never worried about it.
