do a round of Auto-RX to clean the ring pack
these high output high rpm Hondas build up deposits in the ring pack
then use Havoline/Chevron Supreme 10w30 starting at 5k miles with an UOA with TBN....
10w will be fine if garaged in winter
use the 5w30 if parked outside in winter for easy cold starts.
the 10w is far better at shear protection but these Hondas are so easy on oil will never notice
new quality filter every change, Honda is way off base with only changing their tiny filters every other oil change
