I heard about the new Toyota twin turbo having metal flake in engine. Not much about Nissan. With low miles doesn't seem like it would be timing chain unless you hear it rattling

Continued metal particles seen at that level in the oil filter well after engine break-in isn't a good sign. I've seen way less than that in the first break-in filter inspection on many vehicles.
A UOA might not tell you much except to compare the wear metal levels to the "universal average" for that engine. There can be a lot of wear going on in an engine, and a standard UOA like what Blackstone uses may not show a lot of increased wear metals because it can only measure particles 5u and smaller.
Yes. I just took a few pics and posted but after inspecting with my #4 peepers, it looked similar to this filter.
I honestly don't expect a UOA to tell me much but, after seeing what is in the two filters I've pulled off this car it would seem negligent to me not to have an oil analysis done. Regardless of what the UOA says I will continue to inspect every filter. Might even pull filters and inspect halfway through OCIs.
