Hard to tell with all the oil on the leaf spring. People need to clean up the leaf spring if looking for a ruffled stamping. But looks pretty smooth from what I can tell. Looks like 06/08/24 date code.

It was dirty, but smooth best I could tell. I knew I forgot something!!!

I agree on the cleaning this up a bit beforehand. Smooth or not, I’d pass on this one. The bumps around the cylindrical part already creates a gap, potentially bypassing the bypass.

I just don’t like this style.

If the leaf spring is stamped smooth then it should seal pretty well regardless of the nubs/bumps around the circumference of the end cap hole. The only filter I've seen that sealed around the end cap hole ID was the OG Ultra with the fiber gasket built into the end cap.
