USB confusion

I recently bought a Samsung tab A 10.5, and all is well EXECPT the USB port is a little larger than on my old tab 4 5.1

I used to use a card reader/USB adapter so I could plug in thumb storage devices, read cards or use a endoscope I have. This used the large type female plug, the same size as used to plug into a wall charger. This would adapt many devices to my tablet, but the new tablet requires a slightly larger Male plug from the adapter.

What size do I want?

It's a USB Type-C.
