Apparently as the quality of service becomes less as well. I saved up and waited for months to find my wife the exact KitchenAid she wanted. A lavender colored one with a 5qt mixer and grinder attachment. I couldn't find one in that color locally but found it online. After 4 years of asking for one, the money was there and found the exact one she wanted. I ordered it in time for our anniversary earlier this month... then UPS lost it! The shipper has no more in that color left in stock. I had to sneak out the night before and get a plan B anniversary gift last minute. It's been over a week in "investigation" of the claim to try to find it. They've offered to pay out the claim, but I don't care about the money. They shafted me on our 5 year anniversary. I will NEVER forgive UPS for losing that package.
