I got Virginia's whole 31% just this year, no claims and not in a flood zone.

Bull pucky. $500 to $1500 is not 7%.

Hmmm... I'm up only 2.43% 2021-2024. I'll see what 2025 has to bring in a few months.

Construction cost went through the roof in the last several years too (especially the labor part).
