Upgrading laptop fans?

So I have a what I suppose is an older model now but its a MSI Radier GE76 and its still a great machine for me. Easily runs all the apps and web browsing, of course... but also still handles my gaming very well. One of the fans feels like its getting a little weak, even after cleaning. Does anybody know if there are upgraded fans available? Or even the best option for replacement? All I really see are the chinese knock offs on amazon and ebay.

Not a replacement, but I used to use an external cooler that sat under my laptop, something like this one. It did what I needed it to do at the time and there was no noticeable sound from the fans.

did you clean the fan blades only? old computer fans slow down bec the oil inside has dried up. In the past, I fixed them up by peeling open the adhesive tape at the center and apply ONE drop of 3-in-1 oil to the fan shaft. More is not better. This restores the lube and I merely return the tape to its original position.

I have not tried that, worth a shot.

A lot of these fans are custom sized and hard to get new replacements.
