I wanted to post an update on a Jeep issue I'd posted about some earlier in the year. Doing so in case anyone comes across this same problem and is researching for a solution.(The link to the last thread on it is pasted below.) I think I may have wasted $155 or so on a TPS and an IAC. I believe my issue was O2 sensors all along. (And why not, they had 130K miles on them.)
Today I finally replaced the second of the two upstream oxygen sensors. The idle improved significantly after the first one was changed, but there was some still a bit of a rough idle, and the Jeep always felt like it was running lean. It seemed like it wanted more fuel, and was almost cutting out very, very slightly. The first O2 sensor was a a Bosch, the one I installed today was a special order NGK (NTK) from O'Reilly's.
Anyway, the rough idle has been helped a lot and it definitely seems like it is getting more fuel.
