Its been a few years since I hit the 2018 with RP342 and its due this year for sure. The old stuff isn't completely worn off but is getting pretty thin and I would like to hit the underbody with a good (or, more likely, mediocre) power washing before reapplying. Is there any power washer soap that is worth while without being overly caustic?

if its not on a lift one of these works pretty good

also warm/hot water is better, most "cold water" pressure washers can tolerate at least 110F indefinitely.
some models can use up to 140f

My plan this year was to hit my truck with the power washer (with rotating spinner head and wand) to get some heavy rust off with a pre-soak of Salt-Away. I've never used that product, but wanted to try it this year. Then a second washing with a pre-soak of Simple Green to clean up all the grime and oil based undercoating. I'm going to let it dry over the month of July (hey that rhymes), do some painting and coating with Cosmoline, and then re-apply Woolwax/Fluid Film and Krown.

I'm not sure if I have my cleaning order right though. I may use Simple Green first, then Salt Away. Still thinking about this.

You could use a decent APC or something like this:
