Typical generic TPMS install costs

I've never paid that much for a tire.

The larger question is the labor charge $130 x 4 tires or $520. Arguably, a reasonable labor charge is one hour to install new tires & TPMS, balance and ECU relearn. No programming is needed for OE Denso Pacific sensors.

Rock Auto

$40 a sensor for a Denso 315 Mhz that appears to be all Lexes from 2013 to 2018.

DENSO 5500105 {Click Info Button for Alternate/OEM Part Numbers} OE Manufactured; Programmed Info

315 MHz, Clamp In, 35 in-lbs, 4 N.m

After that SCHRADER at $21

SCHRADER 29079 {Click Info Button for Alternate/OEM Part Numbers} Programmed Info

Clamp-In; 315MHz

Kind of funny, you can just screw new unseen sensors in a Hyundai ( I use VDO or Schrader ONLY) and drive away and 5 minutes later you get individual readings in PSI or bar on all 4 tires. No need to program anything. The computer adapts to the new sensors.
