Autel TPMS Sensors

I'm not arguing.
However, the bloke implied they could find a single bad sensor (if that was the problem). If a guy can do that...replace just one and remount the tire and balance it for the $100, that might be good.
But yes, I'll look around at other shops.

It'd be fun to get an Autel machine and their cheap sensors, but then I'd own a setup I'd likely never need again.
Pepboys told me I have to remount and balance the tire to do that, and they want to charge me $80 each tire. America's Tire say they just need to pry it out a bit to replace and no need to balance or mount, so only $20 labor.

Guess who is winning my business?

I'm using their MX sensors on my IS250. Bought them for an experiment that I scrapped and I had some hard time doing their own programming using some cheap Autel tool on Amazon. America's Tire installed the sensors for me and programmed them all together for a good price ($20 without tire installation and $10 with tire installation).

They are dual "band" so they basically are supposedly compatible with everyone. Not sure how long they will last but they are cheap enough if they last me 5 years. If I were to do it again I would pick the ones supplying the OEM, in my case would be Pacific, just to be easier to work with.
Ok thanks. I decided to order Schrader tpms sensors from rock auto. $24 each

I have sensors in my GM Yukon but my Mazda has a system that measures tire height with the ABS sensors. If a tire doesn't have the same rotation pulses as the others it declares it to be low. It gets real picky sometimes. As little as three pounds will set it off.
