I've never used either, but do a lot of reading of other people's experiences with, and tests of, detailing products. I've heard a lot better things about the Turtle Wax Platinum, both as far as shine and durability. The Nano Wax apparently experiences problems with it's dispenser pump, is more difficult to work with, and doesn't last very long.

Here are a few reviews of the Turtle Wax:

And here is one on the Nano Wax:

Seriously, give Meguiars M21 a spin. I did and will never look back.
A fully Synthetic Polymer Sealant, nothing offered more of a deep wet gloss, nothing offered a slicker feel, nothing I've used stopped water spot or bird do etching like this product. Bug juice pretty much falls of the front bumper cover.
And it laaaaasts

PS don't confuse this with Meguiars NXT, I also have that and feel it's crap.

how about turtle wax platinum series car wash or eagle one car wash? i have used eagle one car wash many years (black bottle) but if turtle wax is better, i try it.

Eagle One makes a lot of good OTC stuff. Their car wash is one of the best, though I prefer Meguiar's Gold Class. Eagle One All Wheel & Tire Cleaner and Tire Swipes are all I use for wheels and tires. Their Wax As You Dry is a good product for in-between full details--really picks up the shine and adds an extra sacrificial layer of protection. And Eagle One 20/20 Glass Cleaner works great, though I usually use Stoner's Invisible Glass.

I've used Zaino for years but I've read Mothers Reflections does a very good job with protection and shine.

Eagle One Nanowax is a nice looking, easy to use wax but the durability stinks. Two car washes and its all done.

I haven't tried Turtle Wax Platinum but detailing friends have and all have said they like it better than Eagle One Nano.

Eagle One's shampoos have been very good for many years. If you like it, keep using it. But don't be afraid to try the TW product too. Most shampoos sold in stores are about the same so I don't think you'll notice a big diff between Eagle One and Turtle Wax.

the new mother's synwax is the easiest application ever.

eo nanowax spray is better than the liquid pump stuff in my opinion. much easier to apply, and the life is similar. the appearance is ok (i have a silver car, and it's hard to get much "pop")

eo waud and eo detail spray are both great products.

the meguiars car wash is excellent as well.
