I’m looking for 90% less cam wear since Mopar are waitlistedHere are a few previous threads on this brand, some of these may have lists of other threads. There are many, many more than these.
A well known obfuscator of approvals and licenses. Some sheets claim they "meet" or are suitable for approvals that are mutually exclusive and cannot be met at the same time.
I have searched this forum up and down to find some more info on Triax lubricants. Not much info. A lot of "opinions" and a couple of VOAs that actually look quite good. This stuff seems to sell well on Amazon with decent reviews. Is there any more information on this brand and its oils now ?

Anyone have any new info on Triax "Extreme Full Synthetic Engine Oil with Moly"? There was a thread last year, but nothing much mentioned about it. Seems there is no proof of API or Dexos compliance.
I see Amazon has 5 gallon pails for $109, and eBay has (2) 2.5 Bottles for same price. They claim 85% wear reduction and Zero Cam wear (100% reduction), among other things.
Is this the real deal?

Anyone here if Triax Lubricants? They sell their products on Amazon.
What interests me is the products see pretty impressive at a reasonable price. I was looking for a flush P/S fluid for my Hondas (including kids cars) and will need about a gallon total. They see to make a fluid specifically for Honda that is sythentic $11/QT.

If they are legit looks like they carry a wide assortment of impressive oils and greases as well.

The title was inspired by a famous Clint Eastwood Western movie. I mention that in case you don't know 70s Westerns.
I saw years ago that Triax reputation was in doubt at BITOG, but then so was Amsoil back in the day. Since then Amsoil has gained a good reputation at BITOG. How about Triax? What's the current status of Triax repuation at BITOG?
Triax claims good specs for Triax PSF and motor oil. I haven't looked at Triax ATF or gear oil.

has anyone tried their HDEO products or done a VOA? They have some pretty stout Boron and additive numbers in their oils. It appears they don't pay API for their certification, but claim a better oil.

Hello,
I find myself with a pail of Triax Fleet Atlas (a 20w-50 HDEO, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CKZY3TJG/). From poking around, I see that this brand is regarded around here with suspicion, at best. Reading the various posts, I have to agree the company seems rather... questionable. Oops. So now I'm wondering what kind of trouble I've gotten myself into...
I had a look at the pail to confirm API licensing, figuring if it met criteria for my desired spec, it should be fine to run just the one pail of it. And indeed, I see "API licensed CI-4 Plus / CI-4" in big letters...
