Travel Trailer Refrigerator

The refrigerator in my travel trailer finally bit the dust.

Does anyone have a reccomendation on sourcing a replacement?

Used Facebook or Craigslist Vs. New?

If it can't be repaired, I'd start looking on the web.

If it's a dometic or one of the other propane units it can likely be fixed cheaper than replaced.

In a previous TT I had one fail, I bought new. Most of the sizes run by manufacturer. I.e. dometic fits dometics. Hard to swap from dometic to norcold and vice versa.

I replaced mine with a residential - Samsung ,runs all day off 2 lead acid (group31) and a inverter.
The replacement was over $3000 so a no brainer, a lot of trailers come with a residential or give a choice.
more interior space, order of magnitude faster cooling .

Thanks for the advice, I didn't realize you can replace the leaky cooling units! This is probably the most economical.
