[1] I honestly doubt you can get a shop to mount them on car wheels.
[2] If you cause an accident that injures others, you could easily be charged with intentional negligence.
It is REALLY unwise to do this. Certainly you have more money than that. People here on BITOG already complain about this kind of myopic action on the part of others.
