The 40 and 50 wt oils should all show little no wear on used oil analysis. That is just not the case. Even my 515 BHP, 8,000 RPM Ferrari on M1 20 wt oil shows a great UOA. What is the excuse for that?
There has to be more involved here. And this is what makes motor oil so interesting to me.
