If you spend the dollars (ie "it's only a few $$ more") then you will not have those dollars you WASTED.
He can get water. He has the time. Running what has been suggested here by myself and other members will work just as well as spending "only a little bit more".
As far as I've got a problem with people who have money (like you I guess) is no problems unless they give advice that is not factual. And I have the same problem if you don't have money and do the same.
Last time I checked, we don't have a poll when you sign up to find out how "well off" you are.
